Almost two years on the now reduced carb diet. My cholestrol numbers are 175, HDL-62 with a ratio of 2.8. Pretty good! Especially since I was at 220, HDL-58 and a ratio of 3.79 back in Dec ‘01 (my fortieth BD check-up).
